chalet

yeay yeay!!
just had my chalet and came back. very very tired. but not able to sleep. or rather i can't sleep. my bro's sick, so i have to watch over the clothes in case it rains.

the chalet was fun. many many small incidents. not well-planned (my fault for that), but none--the-less very fun and interesting. we had bbq, spent alot on it and realised that bbq isn't exactly really filling and its expensive. next time we have anymore gathering i would suggest steamboat instead, more food and stable food is more easily prepared. its girls power that day. all girls to buy, carry, prepare the food, and even the setting up of a very very good fire. just that the chef (me) isn't really up to standard, can't really gauge whether the food's really cooked not. haha. but eventually i mastered the skill of barbecuing really nice satay and sweet corn and hot dog. i was squatting by the fire for 2 hours, then when it started raining i end up sitting there on the dirty balcany floor and barbeque for another 2 more hours. haha. it was fun. just staring at the fire. during those hours i just cannot think of any better thing to do than bbqing the food so there i am lo. but very tired la. cause ended up crying from the heavy smoke.

during the chalet i'm really glad my main objective was fulfilled. i wanted to get to know the friends from nus more, and wanted to introduce my chemisty friends to more of my other chemistry friends and get to know more of my friend's chemistry friend. i did!! hee. anita, clara, priscilla, caiyun, shihui, ava, huizhen, wanting, me, meiqi all got to know each other better even on the first day of meeting. thats so cool. i feel so accomplished. hee.

the night was long. bbq was only done at 12midnight after i officially declare that all chicken wings were bbqed. all 4kg of them. woowoo. bath time was filled with excitment from the visit of our dear friend 小强,cockroach. the climax was when priscilla came out shivering not cause of the cold but cause she bathed facing the friend. poor thing, all we can do was volunteer some warm water. and wanting the only girl not scared of cockroach wanted to catch it but the firend escaped. and FYI there was a guy there too but he too was scared of the friend.

played some games. thanks clara for thinking about the games. sorry we didn't have more time to play. but really can't be helped cause of the circumstances. hope you understand. then we had a truth truth session. nice nice. haha.i provided the game, clara provided most of the questions and meiqi and zl provided most of the answers. haha. bed time was at 6am for most. i dozed off in the middle of girl's chit chat session and woke up at 5am to go watch sun rise. but the sun just don't like us during those few days cause he refuses to show his face and chase away the dark clouds! it even drizzled when we;re at the beach so we had to turn back.sigh.

the next day was a total slack day. 4 of us were totally addicted to the game of bridge while the rest were stuck to the tv, watching channel u advertisements for an hour and later clara's vcd. it was fun. haha. later on craig and caiyun came and continued the bridge craze. that craig har..... cannot tahan him. joker.

the day went on, at about late afternoon the rest of the gals left, and only me, priscilla, caiyun and craig stayed behind. now its dice game, swimming and care bear time. then zouk time. the place's flooded beyond imagination. its more like men's night then a ladies night. there were so many many many guys. and there are indeed many nice looking guys. many many eye candies. my eyes had its fill last night. haha. thats why it hurts so much throughout the night.

i still hasn't received any notification watsoever for my CHIP. i think there's no hope liao. sigh
